Form filled by hand, issued on July 7, 1804, by the town of Bromberg (West Prussia, now Poland: Bydgoszcz) to Johann Carl Putschbach. Ornamental initial, diverse stamps, among them a tax stamp, value: 6 Gute Groschen, wax seal of the town and signature of the mayor. Type. 360x425 mm. Backs: Plain. 1804.
Watermark: bust to the left of the King of Prussia Friedrich Wilhelm III in an oval medallion, FRIED WILH dIII below. On the side, I G EBART, SPECHTHAUSEN below. The Berlin paper trader Johann Gottlieb Ebart was the owner of the papermill in Spechthausen (near Eberswalde) from 1787 till 1805 (comp. Weiß [1988] 37 & 49).
